Lead factory

General repairs of appliances – vats, boilers, scoops, tanks, agitators, pipings – it means removal of old lead by burning out with gas burners.

Procedure of futher repair:

  • cleaning by hydrochloric acid
  • tinning
  • homogeneous leaded

Dimensions of apparatuses up to 20 m3.

Steel tubes – we measure by their linings, size of lead tubes 46x6,5 and 56x6,5 mm.

Homogeneous lead coating of stirrers with different shapes (arms, anchor, etc.) up to 4 m diameter, 8 m lenght. We are adjusting above mentioned apparatuses by cladding up to 4 mm width. We scroll lead snakes mostly with these dimensions of pipes 46x6,5 mm up to DN 4000mm, bearing is in lead racks, then we are producing homogeneously leaded snakes up to 76 mm tube diamter and 4 m diameter, both types to 10 twisted turns.
